Recalling an invitation / deleting a user

If you want to delete a user you have just created, for example because you have discovered that you have created access for the incorrect person or entered the wrong e-mail address, you can do this by recalling the invitation you have previously sent. This is described in this section.

Prerequisites

The relevant user must still have the status "Invited".

You are an administrator in your organization and have opened "organization management".

Procedure

Perform the following steps in order:

1.Find the user you want to delete or whose invitation you want to recall under "Users".
2.In the "Action" column, select the "Revoke invitation" option.

You are then prompted to confirm the action.

Confirm with Yes.

Result

The invitation is recalled and the user is deleted.
