Resending invitations

If you have created a user and thus invited them to log in to the portal, and they have not yet logged in to the portal after a long period, you can send another invitation to the user. This is described in this section.

Prerequisites

The relevant user must still have the status "Invited".

You are an administrator in your organization and have opened "organization management".

Procedure

Perform the following steps in order:

1.Find the user for which you want to resend the invitation under "Users".
2.In the "Action" column, select the "Resend invitation" option.

You are then prompted to confirm the action.

Confirm with Yes.

Result

The invitation is resent to the supplier user.
